Rachel graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction and was admitted to practice in 2015.
Prior to being admitted as a solicitor and while completing her degree, Rachel gained over 7 years experience as a paralegal and law clerk working in a range of areas including family law, protection and care and family violence policy in organisations such as Legal Aid WA and Legal Aid NSW. Rachel has also worked as a law clerk and paralegal in a boutique family law firm.
Rachel joined Bannerman Solicitors in September 2017. She regularly appears in the Family Court, Children’s Court and Magistrates Court and has experience in all aspects of family law including, complex parenting disputes, financial matters, violence restraining order proceedings and protection and care matters.
Rachel is a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association of Western Australia. Rachel is a member of the Legal Aid panels for Family Law, Dispute Resolution, Care and Protection and Restraining Orders.
