Samantha graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor or Laws/ Bachelor of Arts (majors of English and Social Psychology).
Samantha was admitted to practice in 2004 and since that time has worked exclusively in family law. In 2011 she was appointed as an Independent Children’s Lawyer and has represented countless children since then.
Samantha practices in all areas of family law. However, she has a particular interest in complex parenting matters where she is undertaking the role as Independent Children’s Lawyer, representing the interests of children in high risk situations involving family violence, abuse and substance abuse.
She also has extensive experience in all other matters dealt with in the Family Court including financial matters, and provides advice and representation in the Family Court of Western Australia for private fee paying and legally aided clients. Samantha regularly represents clients and children at trial and mediations.
Samantha regularly appears in the Perth Children’s Court in a range of Care and Protection matters.
Samantha is a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association of Western Australia.
