Hayley completed her studies at Curtin University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (International Relations). She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in August 2024. 

Hayley worked at the Family Court of Western Australia as an associate for 2 years prior to commencing at Bannerman Solicitors in November 2024. There she worked under various Magistrates and Registrars, assisting with the daily running of court and legal research and drafting. Hayley’s integral understanding of the inner workings of the processes and procedures of the Family Court, as well as her understanding of the expectations of the judicial officers greatly assists in her logical and no-nonsense approach to all legal matters.

Hayley has a particular interest in parenting proceedings. Hayley understands seeing a lawyer is a highly emotional time for each of her clients, approaching each case with sensitivity and care.
