Originally from South Africa, Jeanne-Marie moved to Australia with her family in 2014, embracing the challenges and opportunities that came with starting a new chapter in a different country. Adjusting to life in Australia provided her with a fresh perspective and renewed motivation to pursue her career in the legal field.

After settling in, Jeanne-Marie re-entered the legal workforce in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant, where she developed a strong foundation in legal processes and client services. Her dedication and commitment to professional growth allowed her to quickly transition into a Paralegal role, where she has gained valuable experience. Jeanne-Marie joined Bannerman Solicitors in early 2024, bringing her skills and enthusiasm to the team.

Her background includes working on criminal matters, Family Violence Restraining Orders (FVRO), and Family Law cases. Jeanne-Marie’s calm and practical approach enables her to handle a diverse range of tasks effectively, ensuring that clients feel supported and informed throughout their legal journey.
